I would love to hear from you! Send a text!
We've reached a milestone with our 100th episode, celebrating 100 weeks of showing up to share coaching, strategies, and stories about navigating life's transitions. This journey has been a joy, and I'm grateful for every listener who has allowed me to be part of their comeback story.
• Understanding the three phases of transition: shock, limbo, and re-entry
• Navigating the disorientation of shock—the first step in your comeback
• Dealing with limbo by creating a game plan with small, courageous steps
• Embracing re-entry not as returning to your old life, but stepping into what's been waiting for you
• Recognizing that you're stronger than you imagined when you complete the transition journey
I'd love to hear what transition you're navigating right now. Send me a message, share your story, or let me know how I can be praying for you. And if you know someone in transition, please share this podcast with them—a single episode can spark tremendous hope.
My book "Start Your Comeback" releases at the end of October! It's the playbook for navigating life's biggest transitions, walking you through shock, limbo, and re-entry with practical strategies and encouragement. Head to tonithrash.com to sign up for updates and early access.

Is there a major life transition benching you? I know you may be asking what's next? What's my purpose? What if? Because I've asked those too.
Speaker 1:Welcome to the Start your Comeback Podcast. I'm Toni Thrash, a certified life coach, and I want to share the tools and practical steps to help you create a winning game plan to move into your new adventure. Hi, welcome back. You're listening to episode 100. Can you believe it? I can't. 100 episodes, that's 100 weeks of showing up, 100 times, of sitting down with you to share my thoughts, coaching, strategies and stories. Honestly, it's been one of the greatest joys of my life to meet you here, week after week, and before we go any further, I want to pause and say thank you. Thank you for listening, for sharing and for letting me be a small part of your comeback story. Now, just so you know I'm not going anywhere. I'll keep showing up, I'll keep coaching, I'll keep bringing you the best of what I've learned and the real stuff I'm still learning, because here's the truth. I'm here to serve you, to walk with you through life's transitions, whether they've blindsided you, dragged you into limbo or finally pushed you toward re-entry into something new.
Speaker 1:Speaking of transitions, let me ask you a question Are you in the shock of one right now? Maybe something unexpected happened a diagnosis, a divorce, a job loss and you're standing there, rattled, trying to catch your breath. Shock is disorienting, but it's also the first step in a comeback. If that's where you are, I want you to know you're not alone and you don't have to stay stuck. Maybe you or someone you know is in limbo oh limbo, that season of waiting, wondering and wrestling. It feels like being stuck in a hallway where all the doors are locked. You've got the energy to move, but no clarity about where to step. If's you, friend, you need a game plan, not a perfect plan written in stone, but, you know, one that gets you moving again, with small, courageous steps, because that's where momentum is built and momentum changes everything. You may be at the point of re-entry. You've've done the work. You've benched yourself when you've needed to, and now you're ready to lace back up and get in the game.
Speaker 1:Re-entry isn't about going back to your old life. It's about stepping into the life that's been waiting for you all along. That takes courage too. Sometimes it takes even more courage than surviving the shock or waiting out the limbo. But here's the good news when you re-enter. You don't just get your footing back. You find out you're stronger than you've ever imagined.
Speaker 1:So wherever you are shock, limbo or reentry I'm cheering you on and I would love to hear from you. What transition are you navigating right now? Send me a message, share your story or let me know how I can be praying for you. And if you're not in a transition yourself, I guarantee you know someone who is. Would you mind sharing this podcast with them? You never know how much hope a single episode can spark. Now, before we wrap up, I want to share something I'm really excited about.
Speaker 1:My upcoming book Start your Comeback is releasing at the end of October. This book is the playbook for navigating life's biggest transitions. Speaker 1:Episode 100 is a milestone, yes, but more importantly, it's a reminder. This is not the end of the story, remember. Life may have benched you, but your comeback is always possible. Until next time, keep showing up, keep fighting forward and get ready to start your comeback. I'll see you next time. Hey, thanks for listening. I don't take it for granted that you're here.
